In view of the increase in their activity, they are looking for a Senior Upstream Bioprocess Engineer (M/F).

🚀 MISSIONS

Reporting to the Industrialization Manager, you will join the production team to produce the 1st commercial batch of their product and work in collaboration with R&D, regulatory affairs and the quality team.

Your main tasks will be :

• Participate in cell culture, testing and validation activities
• Train, supervise and manage technicians
• Write protocols and reports
• Monitor performance (KPI)

🧑‍🚀 RESEARCH PROFILE

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND

You have a degree from an engineering school, a Master's or a PhD.

You have at least five years' experience as an engineer, specializing in eukaryotic cell culture in suspension.

TECHNICAL SPHERE

• You have experience of cell culture in bioreactors (>2000L).
• You can write experimental plans and protocols.
• You are familiar with Clean Room production (ISO standards 7 and 8) under aseptic conditions.
• You carry out environmental controls and septic risk analyses.
• You are familiar with GMP standards
• You have experience with statistical tools
• You have a taste for continuous improvement
• You know how to manage a quality problem thanks to CAPA
• You're fluent in English

Bonus :

• You reconstitute culture medium from powders
• You have experience in biomass harvesting
